Everything you need to know about Carlton Cruiser bike rentals.

  • Renting a bike for your vacation is easy:

    Bikes are delivered on the first day of your reservation. Our team will securely lock your gear, so you don't need to be there for the delivery. You’ll receive a text message and photo to confirm and help locate your bikes.

    Deliveries are guaranteed by 5:00 pm. While booking in advance is recommended, we are pleased to offer same-day deliveries on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Please return the gear to the original drop-off point by 9:00 am when your rental period ends.

  • Your lock combination will be the last four digits of the cell phone number associated with your reservation.

  • Helmets are provided complimentary to all riders.

  • For any bicycle rentals, orders cancelled prior to one week of your delivery date will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled within one week of your delivery date will be charged 50% of the total amount or can be rescheduled. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund. We do not offer any weather-related refunds or rain checks. 

  • If your bike requires a repair (flat tire, broken chain, etc.), simply call or text us. We'll repair or replace your bike promptly.

  • I understand that I will be assigned specific bikes, each marked with a number, and I will be fully responsible for those bikes until they are returned to Carlton Cruisers LLC at the end of my rental period. Furthermore, I acknowledge that I will be charged for any lost or damaged items: $350 per bike, $20 per lock, $20 per basket, and $20 per helmet.
